2. Please provide your real name or a decent nickname. If you use a name containing special characters such as underscores, hyphens, or numbers etc, I reserve the right to edit it as I see fit.
   *Note: The use of last names is NOT required or recommended.
3. If you have a website you must put a code on your site or I will not list your site on the members page. That being said, having a website is certainly not a requirement.
4. You must have a valid email address or the form will not go through.
